1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, including if you simply change your mind.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at admin@sophiasmarts.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a Return Authorization Number to include with your returned item.
- Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received incorrect due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@sophiasmarts.com with photos of the issue.
- We will provide instructions for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
